Which types of mutations can I generate with PrimerGenesis?
PrimerGenesis can be used to generate substitutions, insertions and deletions.

Can I use PrimerGenesis to generate sequential mutations within the same gene?
Not yet,but it is coming soon.

What about if the two mutations are in close proximity to each other?
PrimerGenesis tool allows for the design of overlapping mutagenic primers. The site-directed PCR reactions must, however, be performed in the same order as the primers were designed.

Can I use PrimerGenesis to perform restriction free cloning?
